Adult Group Sessions
For Members Ages 18+
Start with your group supporting each other until completing each level with hands-on training. Have a terrific time reaching goals together. In addition, you’ll be sent home with workouts to do on your off days. Sessions last for 1 hour.

LA Lights Boxing Factory with Jared Wells
Basic boxing training fundamentals . Combinations of fort Worth defense and striking and footwork. Calisthenic workouts to build endurance and endurance breathing exercises for combat sports.
Strength & Conditioning Training with Brian Armstrong
A wide range of exercises developed to build a variety of skills with a focus on mind, mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and performance.
Essentrics with Donna Ginsberg
ESSENTRICS®: a dynamic full-body, rebalancing workout combining stretching and strengthening while engaging all 650 muscles through standing and floor work. This class will increase your strength, flexibility, and range of motion; creating a healthy, toned and pain-free body!
RELEASE, REBALANCE & RESTORE®: designed to help you regain mobility, eliminate pain and gently strengthen the full body. This class has a slower pace than our general classes and can be done fully standing, with chair/barre or with the option of floor work. (Great for athletes recovering from injury, seniors or anyone seeking a balanced and gentle workout.)
ESSENTRICS® BARRE: a dynamic, challenging, full body, rebalancing workout combining standing and barre/chair exercises in one class. With 1/2 of the class guaranteed on the barre, your muscles will be deeply stretched, lengthened and toned, leaving you feeling lighter, leaner and full of energy! (No previous barre experience required to participate.) All classes taught by a Level 4 ESSENTRICS® Instructor are qualified to create and structure their own workouts for any clientele. Develop a personal relationship with your instructor and the ability to ask questions and seek assistance or modifications for your individual body. Diversified music playlists to help ensure your workouts are fun and enjoyable!
