Classes For All Age Levels
Instructional sessions are available to our active members only. Not a member yet? View the membership options and signup now!
Once you’ve signed up for a membership, come back and register for available group sessions. View all available session time slots in the calendar below or browse schedules by membership level. Only 20 slots are available each session.
Start with your group supporting each other until completing each level with hands-on training. Have a terrific time reaching goals together. In addition, you’ll be sent home with workouts to do on your off days. Sessions last for 1 hour.
Junior “Jo’s” sessions are for ages 12-17 and last 45-60 minutes each. Sessions are for members only so register for our Junior “Jo’s” Membership first. Membership lasts for 3 months.
Drop in Pass
Not ready to sign up for a membership yet? You can choose our DROP IN option and have a day to try an adult group training session and workout in our gym!
(Must still sign up for class with free pass)
Looking for hands on, in-depth, detailed, step by step instruction? Try our private 1 on 1 sessions with trainer George Rivera. Sessions last for 1 hour and are a very intense cardio and boxing technique workout.
